ABOUT
We are all deeply shocked by the unprovoked full-scale war against Ukraine. We’re heartbroken over the suffering caused by the ongoing attacks. The impact on children leaves us especially concerned and deeply disturbed.
As many Ukrainian families were forced to flee their homes, the state of Washington welcomed hundreds of Ukrainian refugee families with children.
CODING FOR ALL created a special program for displaced children from Ukraine, aiming at their social and cultural adaptation, and coding lessons.
PROGRAM
Topics covered:

Robotics
Introduction to Robotics. Get familiar with basic sensors and motors. Program LEGO robots without writing complex code. Use LEGO blocks to recreate real-life objects.

Programming
Learn programming basics. Understand simple algorithms. Design and program your very first game.
Explore geometry through coding.

Game Development
Incorporate your knowledge and creativity by making your own 3D video game. Develop a scenario, design your world, and program your objects and effects.

2D/3D Design
Get familiar with the fundamentals of 3D Graphics. Understand how to break down real-world objects into 3D shapes. Design and print your own 3D object.
