iBIZ SUMMER INTENSIVE
ABOUT
This business exploration program is designed for high-school-age students. The goal of the program is to help students navigate these important years, support them in shaping their High School and Beyond Plan, and give them enough real-world exposure to make more informed decisions about college and future career paths.
One of our key goals is also to spark students’ interest in entrepreneurship, help them begin building meaningful mentor connections, and potentially create pathways toward internship opportunities
PROGRAM
At its core, the program introduces students to ten major business fields: Entrepreneurship, Retail, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Technology, Hospitality, Real Estate, and Wholesale. Each field will be studied through both instruction and direct exposure, with every unit culminating in a field trip to a local company. During these visits, students will meet with company leaders and learn firsthand how a business operates, where its revenue comes from, what its major expenses are, and how the company thinks about growth and the future.
